  1. Scope of Services

    LenoyMED provides medical spa treatments, aesthetic services, and wellness procedures. All services are subject to professional evaluation and client eligibility.

  2. Medical Disclaimer

    Results from treatments may vary between individuals. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Services provided are not a substitute for primary medical care.

  3. Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur applicable fees. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

  4. Client Responsibilities

    Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in service refusal or increased risk.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    LenoyMED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services, except where required by law.

E-Commerce

  1. Product Sales & Availability

    All product purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

  2. Pricing & Payment

    Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. Customers are responsible for accurate billing information.

  3. Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  4. Returns & Refunds

    Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or regulatory reasons.

Membership, Subscription, Rewards

  2. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

    Recurring memberships are billed automatically according to the selected plan. Cancellation terms, notice periods, and refund eligibility will apply as outlined in the membership agreement.

  3. Membership, Subscription & Rewards Agreement

    Any individual who purchases a membership, subscription, package product, or enrolls in the rewards program is required to sign the applicable agreement and shall be bound by the terms and conditions outlined therein.

General

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

    All website content, branding, logos, treatment materials, and digital assets are owned by LenoyMED and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  2. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of New Jersey courts.

  3. Dispute Resolution

    Parties agree to attempt informal resolution prior to formal legal action. Disputes not resolved amicably may be subject to mediation or binding arbitration in New Jersey, except where prohibited by law.
