    All medical spa services, treatments, and procedures offered by LenoyMED are strictly non-refundable once purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, injectables, aesthetic treatments, wellness services, and diagnostic procedures. Due to the personalized and medical nature of these services, refunds cannot be issued after booking or service delivery.

  2. No Returns or Exchanges on Treatments

    Medical spa treatments are not eligible for return, exchange, or transfer to another service or individual. Once a treatment has been purchased or scheduled, it cannot be substituted, exchanged, or converted into store credit. This policy ensures compliance with medical and operational standards.

  3. Provider-Initiated Cancellation Exceptions

    In the event that a service is canceled by LenoyMED due to clinical, safety, or operational reasons, a refund or credit may be considered. Such decisions are made solely by LenoyMED and depend on the specific circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Client-initiated cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

  4. Clinical Discretion Cases

    Certain medical or safety-related situations may require clinical evaluation before determining refund eligibility. These cases are reviewed by LenoyMED’s qualified medical professionals based on patient safety and treatment suitability. Approval is not guaranteed and is entirely discretionary.

  5. Service Dissatisfaction Handling

    Client dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes does not automatically qualify for a refund. LenoyMED may offer follow-up care, adjustments, or alternative solutions when clinically appropriate. Monetary refunds are not provided solely based on subjective dissatisfaction.

  6. Refund Request Review Process

    All service-related refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests must include relevant details and are subject to verification, internal review, and management approval. LenoyMED reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary.

  7. Final Decision Authority

    LenoyMED retains full and final authority to approve or deny any refund request related to services. Decisions made by LenoyMED are binding and non-negotiable. This ensures consistency, fairness, and compliance with clinical policies.

E-Commerce

  1. Eligible Products for Return

    Only retail products purchased directly from LenoyMED, either online or in-store, are eligible for return consideration. Medical spa services and treatments are excluded from product return eligibility. Returned items must meet all outlined return conditions.

  2. Return Request Time Window

    All eligible product returns must be initiated and postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. The return window ensures product integrity and quality control.

  3. Product Condition Requirements

    Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  4. Proof of Purchase Requirement

    A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return, refund, or exchange requests. Requests without proof of purchase will be automatically denied to prevent misuse or fraud.

  5. Return Authorization Process

    Customers must securely package the product and include proof of purchase before mailing it to Lenoy MedSpa & Wellness Center at the designated return address. Returns sent without proper documentation may experience delays or rejection.

  6. Return Shipping Responsibility

    Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. LenoyMED strongly recommends using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  7. Inspection and Approval Process

    All returned products undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. Approval of refunds or exchanges depends on the product meeting return eligibility criteria. LenoyMED reserves the right to reject returns that do not pass inspection.

  8. Refund Method and Timeline

    Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days after the returned product is received and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

  9. Partial Refund Scenarios

    LenoyMED may issue partial refunds or deny refunds if products are returned in a condition that does not fully meet policy requirements. This includes opened packaging, minor damage, or late returns. Each case is evaluated individually.

  10. Exchange Eligibility

    Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products and are subject to availability. Customers must contact LenoyMED to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are not guaranteed and require approval after inspection.


Promo

  1. Non-Refundability of Promotional Services

    Services purchased under promotional, discounted, or bundled offers are non-refundable. Promotional pricing reflects special terms and conditions that exclude refunds or exchanges. These services must be used within the stated promotional period.

  2. Promotional Product Return Limitations

    Products purchased during promotional campaigns may have limited return eligibility. Unless defective or damaged, promotional products are typically excluded from refunds or exchanges. All promotional sales are considered final.

Membership, Subscription, Rewards

  1. Membership Fee Cancellation and Refund Exclusion

    Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, regardless of usage or participation. Cancellation of membership does not entitle the member to a refund of any previously paid fees.

  2. Subscription Charge Cancellation and Refund Rules

    Subscription charges are billed according to the selected billing cycle and are non-refundable once processed. Partial usage of a subscription period does not qualify for prorated refunds.

  3. Auto-Renewal Refund Limitations

    Subscriptions set to auto-renew will be charged automatically unless canceled in advance. Auto-renewed charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.

  4. Reward Point Refund Exclusion

    Reward points earned through purchases or promotions have no monetary value. These points cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit.

  5. Credit Conversion Restrictions

    Membership credits, subscription credits, or promotional balances cannot be converted into cash or refunded. All credits must be used in accordance with their applicable terms and expiration rules.
