Non-Applicability to Services
This Shipping Policy applies only to physical retail products purchased from LenoyMED. Medical spa services, treatments, consultations, and wellness procedures do not require shipping and are therefore excluded from this policy. Any service-related bookings are governed separately under the Terms & Conditions.

Shipping Eligibility
Shipping is available for all eligible physical retail products purchased online. Prescription-based items are not eligible for shipping and may require in-store pickup in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Domestic Shipping Coverage
LenoyMED currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with international delivery addresses will not be processed.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipping options are provided through trusted carriers including UPS and USPS. Available methods may include UPS Standard, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select Ground, and USPS Ground Advantage. Available options are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options
Shipping speed depends on the carrier and method selected at checkout. Standard and ground shipping timelines are determined by carrier estimates. Expedited options may be available based on the customer’s location and carrier availability.

Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight and dimensions, selected carrier, and real-time carrier rates. LenoyMED does not apply flat-rate or free shipping unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns.

Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed within standard business operating hours before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and payment verification. Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Customers may use the tracking number to monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Time Estimates
All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates given in good faith. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Carrier Delays Disclaimer
LenoyMED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit responsibility shifts to the carrier.

In-Store Pickup Option
In-store pickup is available for eligible physical products during regular store operating hours. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Valid identification and proof of purchase may be required at the time of pickup.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. LenoyMED is not liable for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Address Changes
If a shipping address needs to be modified, customers must contact LenoyMED immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Damaged Shipment Reporting
If a package arrives damaged, customers must take clear photographs of the product and packaging and retain all materials. LenoyMED must be notified within 24–48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim review process.

Lost Shipment Handling
If an order is lost in transit, LenoyMED will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or store credit may be provided once the carrier confirms the shipment as lost.

Replacement or Credit Resolution
Resolution for damaged or lost shipments may include product replacement or issuance of store credit. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are subject to carrier investigation outcomes and internal review.

All product returns and refunds are governed by LenoyMED’s Refund & Return Policy. Customers are encouraged to review that policy for eligibility requirements, timelines, and conditions before initiating a return.
