Service

1. Scope of Services
   

   LenoyMED provides medical spa treatments, aesthetic services, and wellness procedures. All services are subject to professional evaluation, client eligibility, and provider discretion. Each treatment is also subject to a separate, service-specific informed-consent form that must be reviewed and signed before the service is performed.

2. Medical Disclaimer
   

   Results from treatments may vary between individuals, and no guarantees are made regarding any specific outcome. Payment is for the performance of the service, not for any particular result. Most services are elective and/or cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for primary medical care.

3. Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
   

   Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a fee of $50.00 or forfeiture of the booked service. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling. Full payment, deposit, and cancellation terms are set out in the LenoyMED Payment Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities
   

   Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status prior to treatment. Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by their provider. Failure to provide accurate information or to follow instructions may result in service refusal or increased risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, LenoyMED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from its products or services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

E-Commerce

1. Product Sales & Availability
   

   All product purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

2. Pricing & Payment
   

   Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout, and any applicable card-processing surcharge will be disclosed before the transaction is completed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. All payment terms are governed by the LenoyMED Payment Policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery
   

   Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping, delivery, and return-shipping terms are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Returns & Refunds

   Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or regulatory reasons.

Promo

1. Promotional Terms
   

   Promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers are subject to specific conditions and may not be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional and discounted purchases are subject to the refund terms in our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Gift Cards & Store Credits

   
   Gift cards, promotional credits, and store credits have no cash value, may carry expiration dates and usage restrictions, and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Membership, Subscription, Rewards

1. Membership Terms
   

   Membership programs are subject to eligibility requirements and the specific terms outlined at enrollment, including a minimum commitment period and automatic renewal. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted.

2. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
   

   Recurring memberships are billed automatically to the payment method on file according to the selected plan. Cancellation terms, notice periods (including the cooling-off and advance-written-notice requirements), and refund eligibility apply as outlined in the Membership Agreement and our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Membership, Subscription & Rewards Agreement

   Any individual who purchases a membership, subscription, or package, or who enrolls in the rewards program, is required to sign the applicable agreement and shall be bound by the terms and conditions outlined therein.

General

1. Intellectual Property Rights
   

   All website content, branding, logos, treatment materials, and digital assets are owned by LenoyMED and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. Governing Law
   

   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

3. Dispute Resolution

   - Informal first. Before any formal action, you agree to contact the LenoyMED front desk so we can attempt to resolve the concern.
   - Binding arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS or the AAA, seated in New Jersey, under the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court.
   - Jury and class waiver. You and LenoyMED waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes are handled individually, not as a class or representative action.
   - Small claims. This does not prevent either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court.

4. Changes to These Terms

   LenoyMED may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is identified by the "Last Updated" date above, and your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Changes to signed membership or service agreements are governed by the notice terms of those agreements.

5. Severability

   If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

6. Entire Agreement & Order of Precedence

   These Terms, together with the Payment Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any service-specific consent form or signed agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and LenoyMED. Where a signed service-specific consent or membership agreement conflicts with these Terms on its subject matter, the signed document controls.
